Databases can be hard work to compile and even harder to keep up to date. We can input your data into spreadsheet format for you to use as a mail merge or to export into some other programme such as Microsoft Access. |

Data a bit dusty? Need a cleaner? Perhaps you want to have your database cleaned and brought up to date? We can undertake this, assuming you are able to supply us with a complete database that complies with the latest Data Protection Act. We will contact each entry on the list to ascertain whether the named person still resides at that address and they wish to continue receiving mail from your company. Your database will then be updated accordingly. |
